Who is/Domain Lookup Plugin required for Wordpress site

I have been scouring the web for a who is/domain lookup plugin for one of my Wordpress sites and I just wondered if anyone knew of anything suitable.
I have come across this site which has what I would define as my dream set up, but I can't find out what it is using for the domain lookup.
