would you do check my sites if they are no index or no follow or not ? really important

i was added nofollow codes below to some part of my forex trading sites below and unfortunately thes site becomes No Index , i removed the codes but my site still dose not show in search result in google specially for some sites the internal pages shows but homepage dose not shows [ i was in top10 for many kys before] i am not sure that i remove the codes from all part of the sites would you do check my sites if they are no index or no follow or not ?

    I find nofollow only on links, I do not find it in the META data.

    It takes time for them to reindex. Did you submit a sitemap.xml file to the search engines?
