Help With Facebook Problems

I need some help fellow warriors. I can't find out how to put a subscribe button on my new FB business page. Also everytime I log in to my business page it redirects me to the manage my ad page. Can anyone help me with either of these problems? I looked in the resource center on FB but didn't find anything.
