video advice please

I cannot get the youtube videos on this site to open and run. checked with my programs and find that I have the latest version of flash installed, am using mozilla ff browser.
any ideas ?
also, want to ask how to display a thumbnail of my videos that I have linked in my wordpress site. any advice would be appreciated. thanks

You can get the youtube videos thumb nail from their API or theough PHP Curl execution.
