Help: website is referred by improper website

Hi, I am newbie here.
Recently my friend's amazon affiliate account was closed by amazon, they states that " are linking to amazon.com from a site(s) containing sexually explicit material... ". But my friend's website does not have any sexually explicit content. We guess maybe someone posted his website link into some improper websites.
We are innocent on this case, but amazon just closed the account and withheld the commission. What can we do? Is there anyway, like technically, to prevent this happen?

  I'm not familiar with the amazon program, but the first thing is to analyze your site carefully. Look for anything that could be considered adult content. Either that or ask amazon about the infraction.
  
  If there is text in your affiliate link or unique content that the adult site is using, try to find it. Do some exact match google searches by using quotes. Look for an exact phrase in your affiliate link, or if there is anything else that is unique to you as an affiliate you can search on, try to find all the sites that are using it. The affiliate link info may not be indexed, but you never know.
  
  Your site should be the only one that comes up, but if there is an adult site that is using anything that is associated with you as an amazon affialite, you can identify who they are. Then point it out to amazon.
  
  Although it may be unlikely, if you do find the site(s) doing this, look to see what other sites they own. If it is a competitor's site it would be an obvious black hat technique to kill the competition. I really doubt any of that would happen, but it's just something to consider.

thanks for the replies. The reason of posting here was that I thought there may be some programming tips/tricks to prevent this happen when we design the websites.
I am newbie here , and I appologize for the inconvenience caused, will move this to offtopic section.
