Pretty new to WF, but this is exactly up my street. Been working as IT Manager for the past 2-3 years for large mobile/cell wholesale company here in the UK.

Have developed many internal business systems including intranet, custom business software solutions and recently completed work on one of the UKs biggest mobile/cell phone recycling website out there (including the internal business system to boot).

One idea is maybe allow online bookings would definitely increase turnaround.
