The fastest/easiest way would be to hire someone else to do it. Take a look at Convert PSD to HTML / XHTML and CSS - P2H / PSD2HTML® or Google "psd to html" for more companies.

    Hi Friend,

As per my knowledge, there is no tool which will help you own to convert it into HTML.
We can help to get it done in Web 2.0 Style

You can cut the images in the PSD and then save them as webpage. But this is not the professional way. what the professional work is that learn CSS/HTML first if you want to do it yourself.
And the other way is to hire a worker on some freelance websites who will do it for you against a small cost.

If you decide to have it 'done for you', I strongly recommend htmlburger, who does great work. And you don't pay them until the work is done and you are satisfied. Great people.

I've heard good things about psd2cssonline.com, but I've never used it.

I prefer the old fashioned approach. PSD on my left monitor, and two Textmate windows on my right monitor (index.html and style.css).

Code each of the HTML elements first, and then move on to the styling. Then integrate with your CMS once the design is straight. Get enough practice with that (and maybe some grid system experience) and you'll be able to transform PSDs into nicely-coded webpages in minutes.

Granted, if your a beginner-coder, this will be very difficult to do. But the automated PSD-to-HTML solutions are typically very limiting, and they have a learning curve as well. Might as well invest some extra time to learn how to do it the right way.

    Or just hire someone.
