WP Help: Commentor Name Not Linking To Commentor Website

There are fields to enter website url in the comments, but when they enter their details and make the comment, unfortunately the link doesn't go to the name. Instead the link appears separately as "Author site".
How do I change it so that the link goes to the website name, also I also want the twitter link to show up. All of this is working fine in my reply to comments. You can see both my name is linked to my website and also the twitter link is visible.
Please help me fix the problem.
