Website Host Server Firewall Problem!

Hi All.

Please can someone help me.

My new website is causing my web hosting providers firewall to keep blocking my ip address when i am using my new site. They claim it is a programming error that keeps activating their firewall.

Can anyone help me please

  • Try this - get a copy of Fiddler 2. ( Fiddler Web Debugger - A free web debugging tool ) This will show you every request being made from your computer as you access your site. You might reveal where your multiple requests are being made. I seem to remember a similar problem a few years ago, and think it might have been caused by a virus. Worth having a good scan of your PC, and consider a firewall like Comodo.

  • Are you running on Wordpress? Did that hosting provider give you any error log details?
