Wordpress question - re theme design

HI

I had a custom theme designed that had a nice interface. It changed with the new version of wordpress. I am wondering if there is a way to disable the option to change the header colors.

Or if you can disable the link that it adds to "customization'

  if you click customize, this is the menu that you get. I would like to remove the 'header' tab here.

Does your support theme customization?? It is very important that your theme should have these features to edit it further.
