Exit Popup

I used a program called Ulimate Exit Popup, but when I looked at it online it had changed the way the page looks. My header and footer are there but my background is gone and the background to my images are gone. The images on the whole page look like two pieces that need to be put together, that's the best way I can explain it. Any suggestions?
