Wordpress search category description

Is there a plugin available to search the descriptions of categories as well as posts and return all category and post results that have that search word?

Or do I have to rip code apart to make this happen?

Unless Relevanssi can do it, assuming you knew of that plugin, you'll have to roll up your sleeves on this one.
