Looking for a designer and programmer in one

Hi, I consider myself a "bit" of an optimist, but I decided to give it a try anyway.

I am looking for a person to build a website (3 pages and do some design) and my budget is 300$

About the project itself:

It will be a design agency offering its services over the internet.
The website is going to be built in clean, minimalist style.

The website is going to have 3 pages -
1. Home
2. Services
3. Contact

If anyone would be interested I would forward them how I would like the website to look visually, content and graphics (logo, animations)...

  • You can hire experts in freelancing sites, there's lots of them google "freelance web designer programmer"
  • Take a visit to freelancer.com
  • It's a small website and it will take only few hours to complete it. We believe in making good website design which brings great business to our clients.
  • Why don't you hire a freelancer ?
  • If your going to hire a freelancer .. your best bet is to hire a designer AND a programmer. Looking for both seems like a good idea .. but generally someone is either a programmer or a designer .. its rare to find some with an eye for art AND a mind for logic .. while there are hybrid workers out there who do both one of the areas is going to lack.
  • hire a freelancer for that . actually, I agree with FirstSocialApps, you better hire two of them, one programmer and one web designer
  • hi u
    u can contact for me
    skype : cao_thanh_chung
  • take a look at freelancer.com
  • All I see is a request for a designer (Photoshop) ...
...who can also develop the design into a functioning site (PHP, whatever).

Where does the programmer come in?
I don't see any app development in the project specs.

    • Also just a tip:

A combination designer/programmer is a pretty rare thing. Most people are skilled at one or the other.

Me, I'm fantastic at developing a multi-tier-database-driven-high-scalability-web-application-architecture but I couldn't draw a stick figure much less make a web site look nice. I have the programmer brain but not the designer eye.

I really need to partner up with a fantastic designer someday.
  • Hire someone at odesk.com, It's one of the best freelancing sites out there
