Is It Possible to Create a Facebook App, that The User Can Install???

Hi, just wondering if this can be done?

I have some software that l am hoping could be modified, so the user could install it themselves?

They wouldn't have to wait for someone to like them and figure out how to like them back, etc.

Is there any way around this, so someone could install this, like a WP app?

    Sounds like a great idea. It possibly could be done. As i know, someone has already talked about this kind of app. I just forgot where it is.
