Hardcoding affiliate links

Hello,

I set up a landing page for a JV partner that clicks through to an upgrade offer.

My question is how can I hardcode his affiliate ID into the landing page?

I'm using JVZoo and I have tried every snipit of code I can find, but I can't get it to track when the order button is clicked.

Any help would be wonderful.
