Best Autoresponder Script?

I am looking to install a new autoresponder script on my Dedicated Server.

Previously I was using Parabots but support is no longer existent and my programmer isn't able to solve all the bugs involved (as a result of migrating too many times on servers for a year too).

I want to be able to both have my own autoresponder as well as host for my members.

Any good ones to recommend? Thanks.

  • I would recommend not putting your members site on the same domain as your mail server. A mail server is a sacred thing and must be dealt with in a gentle fashion.

    There is a lot of art and science that goes into making a mail server that gets good deliverability rates.
    But I hope this can atleast get you started..

    Look into Interspire or AutoResponderPlus (Reach) AKA: ARP the older version is ARP3

    Make sure your domain is on a dedicated IP(s) . and make sure you warm your IPs properly / slowly and with a lot of care. Check your sender score daily while incrementally mailing larger and larger portions of your list.

    • Thanks for the recommendation and especially the advice. I've got a dedicated server and will be using a new domain, but yes I should use a dedicated IP for it.

    • Interspire is one of the best... i'm using it for my autoresponder.. basically you need to stick with dedicated ip for your autoresponder, then add your mail server host and IP in SPF record of your domains. With this, you'll get 'pass' mark in google, yahoo, and other major email provider.

      'PASS' means more high delivery rate
