PHP Help with eStore Theme

Hey. I was thinking about adding the eStore theme by Elegant Themes to one of my sites. I use e-junkie as my cart which isn't supported but I did find this site that made it work:

Flatbooks | Clever eBooks for the Curious Mind

According to the guy that did it, it was a change to the PHP and the addition of a custom field. I'm trying to figure out exactly what I need to change to get it to work properly.

Here is where he said how he did it:

Website and eStore Implementation for Trey Ratcliff of Stuck In Customs Media | The Traveling Designer

Any help would be appreciated.

  • Your going to need a programmer to do this for you if you dont have PHP exp.

  • Ya, that is what I was thinking but I've never had to hire a programmer before. Where is a good place to start looking? I didn't see a whole lot of programmers in Warriors for Hire.

    • Try Elance. When I was a freelance programmer I did a LOT of work on Elance. Just post your job and your budget and let the bids come in. Choose someone with a proven work history and a good rating (above 4.0).

Go with a flat rate project not an hourly one, youll get a better price.

  • Just go on freelancer or elance, and you should get a lot of people wanting to program for you.
