Cpanel to Dropbox backups via FTP - anyone done this?

Hi

I have a website with 125 GB of data I need to back up regularly and DropBox.com seems the best price for this amount of storage.

But I am unsure if I can do an FTP back up from cpanel straight into a dropbox account especially at 125GB

Has anyone here had experience/used dropbox for this?

Thanks

No but it's a good idea and would be relatively easy to do.
Another option would be to create a simple script that would download it do your local machine every night - for the cost of an external HD you could back this info up.

Yet another option would be to use amazon glacier for your backups; much cheaper than dropbox.

Only down side - there's a small fee to "recover" your data from amazin glacier, and it would take your about 3 hours to get it once requested.
    more info here: Amazon Glacier

Why don't you setup a cron job for this?
