Well, thats really a lot of work. I have been involved in development of mysmartprice.com and they had a team of 10 developers working one each on parsing a different website.

All the website has different structure and you need a parser for every website which can go their, fetch the required information and then fill it in your database.

No one said it would be easy- or everyone would do it

Actually scraping / parsing is not hard at all. Not sure why you need 1 developer per site, unless these sites change their layout and require parser modifications several times a day.
