Question about installling 2 wordpress themes under 1 domain

Dear friend,
Is it possible to upload 2 themes under the same domain?

For example -A job board theme will be installed on the main domain like domain.com and another social theme buddypress/wpsymposium will be installed under a directory like domain.com/community

Single log in should work

It is nice of you if you kindly express your expert opinion on the issue

    There is actually a very easy method of doing this and it is crucial to successfully using WordPress themes to market your business online.To install multiple themes, you need multiple installations of WordPress. I recommend to install WordPress and the theme of your choice on sub-directories.For example, let’s say that you already have a blog, yourblog.com, and you want to have a squeeze page that you can send traffic to and you want the squeeze page URL to be connected to yourblog.com.     What about the logins?What will happen to the users when they click on the second theme/directory?
    What if I install 2 themes on 2 domains ?I want that users from the first site can log in the second site using their existing user name and password,similarly users from the second site can log in the first site using their existing user name and password.
    I mean that there is no need to join 2 sites desperately.How is it possible?
