I am looking for good document sharing script like scribd or getfiles and also file/document sharing script like mediafire ,Happy to pay for it if the price is right.PM or respond in this post.

idocscript is the only thing i found in google that is why i m looking here maybe somthing else

Have you tried Dropbox? It lets you share for free, you only pay when your storage reaches above a certain amount.

Yeah, that's the best application I could find off the web.

So, you're looking for more of a social document sharing site? Or just something you can share with your team?

Google docs works fine..
if you want to take it step further (with version control and team work) you could setup a SVN
