Need help installing software

I recently bought this software "Review Site Empire" System. I'm trying to install through my Ipage hosting account. On the Review Site Empire members area, there are several video tutorials showing steps to install the software using HostGator. They say you can install with a different hosting company. I use Ipage for my hosting. I'm having trouble installing because Hostgator uses different methods to install the software compared to Ipage.

Has anyone bought "Review Site Empire" and installed it via Ipage?
