Access Database HELP NEEDED!!

Im in the process of creating a fairly simple database (well it should be!)

But ive been running into all kinda of problems, however ive sorted most out but now im just stumped!

If anyone could help me out over IM that would be amazing!

If it's fairly simple, how about if you let the troubleshooting happen here on the forum... so others can learn too?
