Add Tracking ID

First of all I realise this isn't a programming question per se but given the nature of the task thought this would be the best bit of the forum to ask.
How do I add the tracking id(s) to my destination landing page URL? My CPV provider says contact your landing page provider for anyone that asked how to do this but I don't have a landing page provider, I made it myself on a Wordpress site!
The instructions say use the tracking codes below:
So if my url is:
www.mysite.com/landingpage
Where do these codes go and how do I join them up if i need to use more than one?

- $esc.url($query.keyword) - Track the keyword that triggered your ad
- ${query.trafficProvider.key} - Track the traffic source that carried your ad
- $esc.url($query.url) - URL that the visitor was on that triggered your ad to pop.
- $esc.url($matched.categoryName) - Category that triggered your ad to pop
So if my url is:
