S3Flowshield help

Hi this is most probably an easy fix and i'm clearly doing something wrong but here goes.

I'm trying to insert a link to a .zip file in my amazons3 bucket, im using the s3flowshield shortlink.

Link shows up when I refresh screen, but no matter what i do when i click it its shows 404 error page cannot be found.

Shortcode Example

[S3FILE file='PPV Marketing Simple.zip']

Any help would be great.

  • If anyone has the answer to this I'd love to hear it. I've tried editing the htaccess file and am waiting on more suggestions from support, but so far no dice.

    Video works great, its just files that seem to create the 404 error.
  • Got it sorted if anyone else ever has this issue. Had to add the following to the htaccess file in the s3Flowshield 'lib' folder.

    RewriteRule file/.* /wp-content/plugins/S3FlowShield/lib/s3url.php [NC,L]

    Pretty obvious when you finally know what you're doing! Good responses from their support.
