Highlighting a province on Google Maps

Hey guys,

I was hoping to some of you could help me out.

I need an embedded map of the Almería province in Spain on my website.

However, it does work on Google maps when I type in Almería province but when I embed the code on my site it's showing Almería city and I don't need that - I really need to province.

I have been looking at the overlays over the Google Developers pages but it doesn't make sense to me.

Could someone please help me in the right direction.

    The link you provided highlights it just fine with pink. Not sure what you mean by "except for sizes".

    You can adjust the size of the map before you embed it, click customize and preview embedded map, select your preferred size.
