Are you good with PHP and Drupal?

Me and my business partner are starting a new web development service. I myself am the site designer (usually using Drupal) and my partner is the graphic designer. However, we have a serious need for a programmer. If modules aren't working together well, or there is a bug, or we need a new module written from scratch, we need a person we can send such projects to.

Keep in mind we are just starting, so most of our clients right now are free or really cheap until we get some word-of-mouth going and some experience under our belts.
