Go to Fiverr there you can find many creating mobile apps for 5$

If you want a quality app then you should find a professional that focuses on this kind of work.

Mobile apps are not cheap and I doubt you'll be satisfied with anything from Fiverr - caveat emptor.

We build mobile applications all of the time. I would just recommend having your project outline/details together. Before approaching a mobile developer like "my team" or any other... Theres usually a lot of back & forth before the project actually starts.

Really WebdevelopmentGroup they are great in developing a app but if you have a low budget then just try fiverr

Better go to Odesk and try to find a guy with affordable price and good feedback
