Code to auto- click/ Skip Ad after webpage loads?

I have a site that displays adf.ly ads on a loop, right now I need some help with coding. I want the adf.ly link to automatically skip itself through a javascript/ PHP/ HTML/ etc code. The problem is when a link is hidden with adf.ly, I'm not sure if any code will trigger. I've searched long and wide for this and no luck. Any help would greatly benefit me and others!

  No, it is all web based, on my site. Also I'm not willing to hire anybody, just want a free PHP or jQuery/ JavaSvript code.
