In Need Of a Profits Theme Expert

Hello, i need help to create a hook call in my profits theme function. I recently installed hybrid connect plugin so i could insert a wide opt in box under my nav bar. With the code they give me, i get a syntax errors everytime i try to insert it. i contacted support and they told me that i needed to create a hook inside a custon function, but since im not a coder, i have no idea how to do this.

Maybe it would be possible to create a widget area above content.

Anyone willing to help out ?

    Sorry difficult to answer in the thread without knowing whole scenario
    and code involved.

    I have not worked with this theme before but we have lot of experience with
    Wordpress theme, let me know if we can help you out there.

    • Mohsin Rasool is right. Even if we gave you an answer, you mentioned you were not a coder, so honestly it's going to be over your head...
      Likely the theme uses custom hooks in the template files, then various functions are hooked to those different areas in the template files. So your new function needs to be created the way the theme does it, then hooked to the right area of the template file. I'm sure there's a warrior for hire that will do that for you, and try here.
