Programming Experts (will you partner with me?) - How can I get notified on CB, Paypal sales?

Here's the deal,

I want to do some 'upsell/backend' deals with ClickBank
& Paypal sellers. When their buyers buy the 'upsells' we
both (me & vendors) share the profits.

Now - to get 'paid', I need to have some reliable system
for tracking their backend sales.

Anybody has any idea on how this can be done easily &
effectively? Would be great if it easily integrates into any
type of system or affiliate script, esp ClickBank.

If you can help me, I don't mind paying you a % of my
profits. I do the deals, you just handle the technical side,
and help create/manage a basic system for tracking sales.
You will make money on EVERY SINGLE sale I make.


Here are some ideas on how it can be done:

1. Send the buyers to a ThankYou page which gets their
name & email and sends them to the download page. So
we can track & get paid for every new name/email.

This is the most basic option. But we will have no way
of knowing if the vendor bypasses our page & sends
some or all of the customers directly to the download
page (and cheats us of our share).

2. ClickBank / Paypal IPN - have some sort of (simple, basic)
notification system for every verified sale they make.
Have no idea how IPN works on CB, I know it can be done
in Paypal though. Also different paypal vendors use various
affiliate scripts. So this needs to be easy enough for
them to implement on their site.


What do you suggest? How do we go about it?

2. Help the vendors implement these things on their website
3. Handle any problems or tech-issues
