A WP Plugin for swatch/color selection from predetermined colors?

I have a client site that requires uploading a new color chart every month for their product line that changes. They want customers to be able to view the color selections and choose their preferences.

(Online ordering is not offered as the company doesn't want to take away sales from their territory distributors.)

So the customers just need to be able to view the color chart and select different ones to be saved in their own 'viewer' or something like that. Like a Wish List. Ideally if this can be downloaded or emailed when they place an order with their territory salesman.

Is there a WordPress plugin for this?

Edit: I should have mentioned that I have looked, but all I have been able to find so far is color selectors like those you find in themes, to choose custom colors for design. Not quite what I am looking for.

    I haven't had to do that before, get one coded.

    Can you recommend where I might find someone who could do this? I don't even know what kind of code it would be done in.
