What's the best way to play videos on wordpress?

Hi, what is the best way to play videos on wordpress, that are hosted on amazon s3? I have found a few free and paid plugins, but they all have mixed reviews.

  • Do you need user must login before watch the video?
    if answer is no, I think youtube is the best choice.
  • If you can get the .flv link straight from amazon s3 you can host it on a JLV video player ( I think theres a plugin that you can do it in the wordpress panel ) Last time i did this was in 09.
