You can start with YouTube (free) or Lynda.com ($25/month) has some nice tutorials.

  You can post here on the forums, there are a lot of people here with extensive experience with Wordpress.
  You need to be specific with what you want to learn - developing themes, or plugins, or basic stuff like installing wordpress, etc.
