We're building a site for a client on a test server here Infrastruct

2 problems

1) on iOS I have to touch the SERVICES tab twice to get to the services page. How can I get it to be one touch?

2) The 'hover over' links here Services | Infrastruct under 'Civil Construction' work fine on Android but on iOS there is no response - any ideas how to fix that?

If you have a moment, please check it out on iOS - iPhone, iPod touch etc - but also on desktop to see what should happen.
