Adding link to an access button.

Hi warriors, I could use your help. Here's the deal I am setting up a landing page that goes to an offer. I already got the landing page setup, but the problem is adding aa link to the access button which is a jpg image.
Anyone has any idea how to do that?
I search Google, YouTube, evev this forum and still can't come up with anything that show how to do it.

  Thanks Mike for the info. I tried everything possible and nothing works I am thinking maybe its because I am using word-press to set up my landing page also I am just setting up the access button to send prospect straight to an offer page No Email Submitt. all I need is to get the offer page link in it and I'll be good to go.
  I am also thinking if the cause is how I save the image. Is there a special way to save the image? please let me know.
