Has my site been hacked?

I have a site with affiliate links but notice there is another domain pointing to it. My site is Wine Coolers: Compare Features & Prices in the UK and the following url is also pointing to it
http://winecoolers-uk-com.php5.hostingweb.co.uk/
My affiliate earnings through this site have stopped, do you think I have been hacked?
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks

I think the guy copied your website form top to bottom. Also noticed that he did not changed the affiliate links. So any earnings from his site should go for you. But it is wired to have duplicate contents. contact this guy and ask him why he copied your site.

Did you hire any person who had access to your website before? Sometimes some guilty idiots just upload their client's website in another domain.

I doubt there's any malice here. The two domains point to the same IP, so it's not just identical content, it's the exact same site. Your host (hostingweb, perhaps?) likely offers an alternate path to new sites, so that they can be reviewed before DNS for the "real" site is moved over. Now that your uk.com address points there, just ask your host to remove the "temporary" domain.
