A little help from you please

Hello markters!

I want to seek some basic MS-office advice here.

I want to transfer my Email subscriber from one autoresponder to another and for it I've exported the first list but it looks mixed up and ugly in the Excel file, I exported it again but all the same.



I want to organize it for new autoresponder to accept it like this.



I don't know how to do it with every entry as there as about 20K of subs.I don't want all the details, name, email, phone and IP will be enough. posting here as I think there must be some coding or setting or a program to do all this stuff. I'am totally unaware of this issue so want some serious help on it, thanks!
