I recently picked up a dropped domain that is associated with hard to find items.

Estibot appraisal on the domain is $1700.

I would like to develop it as site that lets perspective buyers place an ad for what they are looking for and allows the person who owns that item to place a Buy It Now type auction up for the person who needs it.

Would like it to be free to place the classified and have a fee structure like eBay or Amazon for the person who sells the item.

Is there a script or Wordpress plugin available that would do this or is it something that would need to be coded from scratch?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
