WP plugin causing problems! Anyone help me?

I purchased a WSO and it enabled you to compare a non mobile website and a mobile version by using a CSV file, this creates endless landing pages depending on how many leads in the csv file.

I have spent over 4 hours today emailing their support and they tell me they can't help, they use the same CSV file and data and get the real solution, whilst we get lots of errors.

Firstly it is to show in one iphone emulator on the left a prospects non mobile site, then on the right, a mobile optimized site we have created - simple yes?

So when we create a single landing page it works like a dream - sweet! But when we use a CSV file it shows our mobile optimized website as the prospects site (on the left) and then shows an error page from our main site that should be showing our mobile site on the right!

I have tried a completely new installation on the same domain and still get the same issue with the csv.

If anyone can help I would certainly appreciate it and if they can get it working I would gladly pay $50 (more than the plugin!).

    I'm not 100% clear about what the plugin is doing, and I don't want to waste your time. Do you have a link with any more information?

      Disable all other plugins first

      if that doesn't work,

      Try using a different theme,Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve.

      p.s. if the plugin authors will not solve your problem that says something about the plugin you paid for.

        Tried to use a virgin install no theme and still gets same error on DIFFERENT domain WITH no other plugins.....:confused::confused::confused:

        Yes, it is Squeezmobi too with Jamie GoGetta Garside - I am disgusted.

    Also, check which version of Wordpress the author is using and compare it with yours.

      We have asked this but Squeezemobi;s support will not give me any information, just they get it working and they show 1 example, but I can get it working for a single landing page, it is when I come to make multiple pages the error occurs.

    OK, some screen shots below: This shows the plugin working sweet when you create a single landing page.



    But when you use a csv file to create multiple landing pages in their PRO version, below happens:




    As you can see, the prospects site "should" be in the left emulator with the mobile optimized site in the right emulator. I have even used their example.csv file and get the same errors! :confused::confused:
