How do I clear the sql?

Hello,

On a website that I own, people are placing orders but the job remains on 'pending'. I was told that I needed to clear the 'sql'. Can someone tell me how I clear the 'sql'?

    Clear is NOT a SQL term. Even if it were, a pending status on a table could be ANYTHING. WHO told you? WHAT package are you using?

    Hai,

    It is better that you update those fields with a status other than "pending". May be "completed" or "done". A simple update comment will be sufficient. It will be better than clearing SQL.

    Hello,
    Can you please tell us which platform you are using? is it any custom cms or you are using any readymade platform .

    If someone told to "clear" it means that he / she told you to 'Empty' the database.

    So overall we need to know what was the function / cms / purpose to empty the database.

    Which hosting you are using? and is it possible to know from your that person which table need to empty? So that we can help you.

    I am afraid that you will need to find somebody first to find out what is a problem with your system.
