Need Small Wp Theme Tweak..

I got a new theme, problem is the theme has 3 links to websites in the footer, I don't mind one or two but three is not good.

Thats howver isnt the iggest problem.. the whole code in the footer is decoded?? basically doesn't make one bit of sense to me, Is there a WP designer here who can do this small job for me. and make the footer code point tot the correct parts of the stylesheet without it being decoded.
