Zero Sized Reply Error

dear I have a wordpress installed and some time there is an error occur of "Zero Sized Reply" this error just shown when we are login in admin mostly when I upload the any content and some time when click on the comments to approve the comments.

I don't know about this error, my hosting company is saying that it is due to my ISP there is some problem but My ISP services also don't know about this error.

when this error occur we close the window and then again open it and then we can publish one article and for the next article we will again face the same error.. any one there to help me

I had a similar error. I found that the web server could not write nor read the /tmp/ folder it was assigned, therefore, it ran out of memory to buffer and would fail.

This was on Nginx but I'm sure could apply to Apache.
