Edit A Wordpress Theme 'Post'

Hi Guys.

My website is: Andy Murray Groundstroke Practice - Andy Murray US Open 2013 -

I have Me Gusta theme installed and as you can see towards the bottom of my post i have Ebay products listed via there Partner Network.

However, instead of copying and pasting my ads into every post i create manually how can i edit the Post of the Theme so that the Post will automatically have my ads at the bottom of my post.

you just install this plugin "Wp-Insert", Wp-Insert is the most powerful yet easiest to use. So try this plugin to manage ads

I use WordPress › Ads by datafeedr.com « WordPress Plugins

I think it's a little cleaner than wp-insert, in that it doesn't try to do more than manage ads and text content.
