I suspect this falls under the category, "in your dreams, hire a developer" but it's worth a shot:

I want to create a site ex. widgets.com
User uploads a word doc about widgets
Uploaded doc can be edited with basic functionality (similar to Google Docs)
User now has a page all to their own
User receives a url that he can easily share ex. widget.com/SamsWidget

Resume sites do something like this. Is there any service I can subscribe to or purchase that can perform this function for me? If uploading a doc is problematic, I could go for copy and pasting as long as the formatting is intact and the user gets a url to their "page".

Thank you
