Server memory or is there a resource for me

Hello I just became film producer and I just made my server host and play my new film that is about 2 hour long the problem I have is that it pauses every 15 seconds ,somehow I thaught it was a problem with server resource alocated memory so I went and tried out by programming another video of 5 minutes lenght ,well it didnt pause at all ,it played charmingly so I think that my thaughts about memory was right ,.Do you think theres other reason for it,or do you think trying other video plugin could solve the issue?
