Need help setting up auto-blogs

I am working to set up 100 auto-blogs (more in the future). I have the instructions for it but I need someone to set these up for me. I dont have the time and when I tried I just got frustrated haha. Here are some of the things I need:

-set up word press with Fantastico
-set up ftp plugin folder
-ad keywords for the site to the proper plugin
-install adsense or CPA offers
-Set up auto-blog email feature with instructed source
-install wordpress theme.
-repeat on next site
