Was it a good idea to buy a 1shopping cart account?

I just bought 1 shopping cart a week ago. I am currently experiencing some bugs in the system I think. I could not log in today and last week one of my orders disappeared. Did anyone else who bought an account have this problem?

    i have used 1SC before and it didn't have many bugs but it did have a lot of limitations. it's a pretty good system to get started though because it's so easy.

    later once you get more familiar with what you need you can choose a more flexible solution.
