Which Helpdesk do you use?

Zendesk, Kayako or any others?

What about ClickDesk that integrates ClickBank and Zendesk? Is it really necessary?

Also, what is the Zendesk self hosted plan? I couldn't find the "self hosted" phrase on any of their plans.
