Glassfish Life Cycle Method Error on Medicaid CONNECT System Deployment

I deployed the application and got the following error after about one minute of waiting :
Error occurred during deployment: Exception while deploying the app [CONNECT-GF-4.2.0] : The lifecycle method [finalizeConfig] must not throw a checked exception. Related annotation information: annotation [@javax.annotation.PostConstruct()] on annotated element [public void org.apache.cxf.transport.http_jetty.spring.JettyHT TPServerEngineBeanDefinitionParser$SpringJettyHTTP ServerEngine.finalizeConfig() throws java.security.GeneralSecurityException,java.io.IOE xception] of type [METHOD]. Please see server.log for more details.
I am at a loss and this is a bit above my head. I don't even know where to begin in resolving this issue. 100's of Google searches later I am finally coming here to see if there is anyone out there who can help. I can pay 20-30 bucks for the solution. I use paypal and several other payment processors. I just need this to get fixed so I can go back to Coding on my other projects. Previous developer on this project was four months late on delivery and once delivered it did not work. Client is desperate for a solution. I have resolved 98% of the issues but this is one that I do not know enough about.
